All payments for HelpFormula are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

14-Day Refund Policy

In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, customers are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or subscription start date.

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within this 14-day period.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests within the 14-day period are processed by Paddle. You may:

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Please note that canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund unless the request is made within the 14-day refund window.

Billing Errors

In cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions, refunds will be issued in accordance with Paddle's policies.
